Welcome to JPSNT³ (Just PSN Trophies). We’re a PlayStation trophy screenshot community built around sharing captures, discovering games and trophies, and celebrating the hunt together.
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) explain what we expect from everyone who uses the Service. They work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using JPSNT³, you agree to follow these Guidelines as well.
We may update these Guidelines from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Guidelines, except where applicable law requires a different process.
If you break these Guidelines, we may remove content, restrict features, issue warnings, or take action on your account, including temporary restrictions or bans. Paying for Platinum Club does not exempt you from the rules. A short note on paid features appears below.
1. Be respectful and keep people safe
1.1 Harassment and hate
JPSNT³ is for trophy hunting, not for targeting people.
Do not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or deliberately provoke other users. Do not encourage others to do so, including through coordinated pile-ons, brigading, dogpiling, or abuse of reporting tools.
Do not post hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks, dehumanises, or excludes people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
1.2 Minors and sexual content
We take child safety seriously.
Do not sexualise minors, groom, solicit inappropriate contact with anyone under 18, or share, request, or encourage sexual content involving minors. If you see behaviour that appears to put someone at risk, report it to us immediately and, where appropriate, contact local law enforcement or child safety authorities.
1.3 Self-harm and danger
Do not encourage or glorify self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activity.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a local crisis service where you live.
1.4 Impersonation
Do not impersonate any real person, organisation, brand, company, moderator, administrator, Scarlett Media Lab, or Sony Interactive Entertainment / PlayStation.
Parody, joke, or tribute accounts are not allowed where they could reasonably confuse other users.
1.5 Language and tone
Casual language is fine. Strong language may be acceptable when it is not excessive, fits the context, and is not aimed at insulting, degrading, or attacking someone.
Slurs, hate speech, targeted abuse, and language used to demean or intimidate others are never acceptable.
2. Screenshots and captures
2.1 Honest trophy claims
Your uploads must honestly match the game and trophy they are submitted under.
Do not upload misleading, false, stolen, or deliberately mismatched content. That includes:
- submitting a screenshot under the wrong game or trophy
- claiming someone else’s capture as your own
- faking or misrepresenting a trophy moment
- presenting edited or fabricated content as genuine capture proof
Screenshots should reflect genuine PlayStation trophy capture activity. Do not upload AI-generated images, heavily edited composites, memes, or joke images as if they were real trophy captures.
Memes and jokes are welcome in comments and discussion. They are not acceptable as fake proof of a trophy or achievement.
2.2 What’s in the image
Screenshots often reflect the content of the games they come from, including violence, horror, or mature themes. That is generally acceptable where it is reasonably connected to normal gameplay or trophy hunting.
Do not upload:
- pornographic or explicit sexual content
- gratuitous real-world gore or shock imagery
- content mainly intended to disgust, disturb, or provoke outside what the game context reasonably explains
- illegal or exploitative imagery of any kind
When in doubt, moderation decides.
2.3 Spoilers
Where spoiler tools are available, use them for major story moments, ending content, or other significant spoilers.
Even where spoiler tools are not available, be considerate in screenshot titles, captions, and public discussion so you do not unnecessarily ruin games for others.
2.4 Rights and reposts
Only upload content you have the right to share.
Do not post someone else’s screenshot, art, video, or media without permission or another valid legal right. If you did not take the shot or do not have the right to post it, do not claim or present it as your own.
3. Comments, ratings, and community discussion
3.1 Comments
Keep discussion in good faith and reasonably on topic for the screenshot, page, or thread.
We are not strict about every tangent, but if discussion turns into harassment, spam, flamebait, abuse, or derailing behaviour, moderators may step in.
3.2 Self-promotion
Occasional, relevant mention of your own stream, channel, Discord, project, or content may be fine. Repetitive promotion, link-dumping, or using comments mainly as advertising is not.
Your profile bio is the better place for a short mention of your own projects, provided it is honest and not misleading.
3.3 Spam
Do not spam the community.
This includes repetitive comments, irrelevant promotion, scams, low-effort flooding, copy-paste posting, or using the platform mainly to advertise unrelated services or communities.
3.4 Ratings
Ratings are anonymous by design and should be used in good faith.
Do not use ratings to harass someone, target a user you dislike, coordinate revenge ratings, manipulate visibility, or brigade another user’s uploads.
If you are rating content, rate the content itself — not the person behind it.
4. Profiles and identity
4.1 Public profile content
Your username, avatar, header, bio, and other profile fields may be visible to other users or publicly accessible depending on the feature.
Do not use pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, misleading, or otherwise prohibited imagery or text in public profile fields.
Game-related imagery is generally fine where it is not explicit and does not break these Guidelines.
4.2 Bio and links
You may include a reasonable link or short promotional mention in your bio if it is honest, relevant, and not misleading.
Do not use your profile to scam, impersonate, spam, mislead, or trick other users.
4.3 Identity and account presentation
Do not create usernames, avatars, or profile layouts designed to impersonate another user, staff member, brand, or rights holder.
Do not create throwaway or alternate accounts to evade a restriction, ban, block, or moderation action.
5. Messages (DMs) and social features
5.1 Direct messages
Direct messages are intended for private communication between participants, but they are still subject to these Guidelines and our Terms of Service.
Unwanted contact is not acceptable. That includes:
- spam
- harassment
- threats
- repeated contact after someone has asked you to stop
- pressure for personal information
- manipulative, coercive, or predatory behaviour
Use block and report tools if someone crosses the line. We may review reported conversations where reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, or enforcement, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Follows and blocks
Use follow and block tools respectfully.
If someone blocks you, respect that boundary. Do not create alternate accounts or use other means to get around a block, restriction, or ban.
6. Play fair: XP, leaderboards, ratings, and the site
Do not cheat the system.
This includes using bots, scripts, exploits, farming, manipulation, collusion, or other unfair methods to influence:
- XP
- leaderboards
- time tracking
- screenshot ratings
- activity stats
- visibility or engagement signals
- other competitive or social systems on the platform
Competitive banter is not automatically a problem. It becomes a problem when it turns into targeted harassment, intimidation, or abuse aimed at a real person.
7. Platform abuse and security
Do not misuse the Service itself.
This includes:
- scraping or bulk-copying site content without permission
- attempting unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
- probing, breaking, or bypassing security features
- evading rate limits or technical safeguards
- uploading malware, phishing links, malicious code, or harmful files
- using the Service to run scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes
If we believe your behaviour risks the safety, stability, or integrity of the Service, we may act immediately.
8. Platinum Club and fair use
Platinum Club is optional paid access to additional features, limits, and perks.
Paying does not put you above these Guidelines. We may restrict features or take account action, including against paying members, if you break the rules, abuse the platform, abuse paid features, or abuse payments, including fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
For details about subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds, see our Terms of Service.
9. Reporting, moderation, and appeals
9.1 Reporting
If you see content or behaviour that breaks these Guidelines, use the report tools available on the relevant screenshot, comment, profile, message, or conversation.
Choose the reason that best matches the issue where possible. Clear reports help moderators review things faster and more accurately.
9.2 What moderators can do
Depending on severity, context, and account history, we may:
- remove, reject, or restrict content
- issue warnings
- apply feature restrictions
- suspend accounts
- ban accounts permanently
Restrictions may apply to specific features, such as uploads, comments, or messaging, or to the entire account.
We do not guarantee a specific outcome, response time, or action for every report.
9.3 Staff conduct
Be civil with moderators, administrators, and support staff.
Do not abuse, threaten, harass, or dox staff. Do not interfere with moderation processes or attempt to intimidate staff into reversing an action.
9.4 Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was applied in error, you may appeal by contacting us at support@justpsntrophies.com in line with the process described in our Terms of Service.
Appeals are reviewed at our discretion. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a decision.
10. Changes to these Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as the Service grows and changes.
When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of the page. If a change is material, we may also provide additional notice on the site, through account notifications, or by email where appropriate.
